Systems

The big guys get the good tools. So should you.

The people left behind by their phones are often the same people left behind by software. The one-chair shop, the maker with no storefront, the owner who can't afford an agency. I build them the systems the chains take for granted, then teach them how to run it.

Three systems. Each built around who it serves.

No dashboard to learn and no team to manage. I design it, build it, set it up with you, and stay reachable.

A quiet barbershop in daylight: a phone on a stone counter beside clippers, a barber chair behind.

Voice Reception

For the shop owner who can't afford to miss a call.

You're mid-cut, mid-repair, or mid-conversation, and the phone rings. An AI receptionist answers in your shop's voice, handles the common questions, and books the appointment straight into your calendar. Open or closed, day or night.

  • Answers every call, 24 hours a day
  • Books straight into your calendar
  • Knows your hours, services, and prices
  • Hands the call to you when a person should take it

Rose City Cuts is a demonstration shop built to show the system.

An oxblood Lacquer & Line polish bottle with the L&L monogram on a stone counter beside dried flowers.

Independent Commerce

For the maker with no storefront.

Booking, deposits, and a shop, no monthly platform fees. Clients book online and pay a deposit, so no-shows stop costing you. The things you make sell from your own shop, under your own name, not a marketplace's.

  • Online booking with deposits
  • A shop for your own products
  • No monthly platform fees
  • Set up, handed over, and explained

Lacquer & Line is a demonstration build, made to show the system: a nail studio with online booking, deposits, and a press-on shop.

A minimal Versan boutique: black and forest green garments on a silver rack, a folded black shirt on a white plinth.

Independent Label

For the independent label.

A clothing label's store, rebuilt to run its own shop. It moved off a lapsed Shopify subscription and now sells under its own name, in its own voice, with nothing billed to it every month.

  • A full product catalogue
  • Cart, checkout, and collections
  • A brand voice that sounds like the label
  • No monthly platform fees

Versan is a demonstration build, made to show the system: an independent label's store with its catalogue, cart, and checkout.

Let's talk

Tell me about your business.

What's slipping through the cracks? A missed call, a no-show, a pile of paperwork. Tell me the problem and I'll tell you honestly whether I can solve it. I reply within two business days.

How it works

One conversation to understand the problem. A fixed quote. Then one engineer, from the first sketch to the last line of code, and after.
